After that
Visits after the first are shorter and specific. Each one starts with a quick re-check, instrumentation and palpation again, because the adjustment you need today is decided by today's findings, not by a routine. As your spine stabilizes, visits taper. The goal of care here is a spine that holds its own adjustment, which is another way of saying the goal is fewer visits, not more.
Wear whatever you are comfortable in. Bring any imaging or reports you already have. Kids are welcome in the room, and so are questions.
